SMS TERMS

Program description

These SMS Terms apply to the Misadventure & Co. text message program (the “Program”). When you join, Misadventure & Co. will send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about our events, ticket drops, specials, cocktail bar and vodka news, plus confirmations and reminders for events you RSVP to, and customer care messages about your subscription. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

How to join

You can join by checking the text message box in the “Join the club” signup form on misadventure.co, by checking the text message box when you RSVP to one of our events, or through any other Misadventure & Co. signup that offers texts. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for that mobile number or have the account holder’s permission. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be 21 or older

Our texts may include alcohol-related content, so the Program is only open to people 21 years of age or older. We confirm your age when you sign up, and if you are under 21 you will not be subscribed to texts.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your wireless provider, so check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you sign up again.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any of our texts, email [email protected] or call 760-536-3271.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We will not sell, rent or share your mobile number, text message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS / Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to receive our texts after that means you accept the updated terms.
